Dental hygiene treatment
Maintenance treatments are essential to maintaining your oral health. It concerns everyone and all ages.
These treatments are most often carried out by a qualified dental hygienist who has completed a 3-years training.
They consist of an analysis of your case, hygiene advice and prevention. They are followed by an active cleaning phase with ultrasound or manual scalers, followed by polishing with pastes or projected powders.
These sessions are recommended twice a year.
In some specific specific situations, they may be recommended up to 3-4 times a year, such as for patients with a history of periodontitis, or other diseases, large prosthetic restorations, or dental implants.
