Nach einer \u00e4tiologischen Parodontaltherapie und einer parodontalen Nachuntersuchung nach 6\u20138 Wochen kann Ihr Parodontologe entscheiden, die Behandlung Ihrer Erkrankung durch einen chirurgischen Eingriff abzuschlie\u00dfen. Wir bevorzugen jedoch immer eine nicht-chirurgische Behandlung, wenn die Prognose vergleichbar ist.<\/p>\n<h5>Ziele der chirurgischen Behandlungen<\/h5>\n<p>Diese Behandlungen verfolgen mehrere Ziele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zugang zu den Wurzeloberfl\u00e4chen bei tiefen Zahnfleischtaschen<\/li>\n<li>Entfernung von Zahnstein<\/li>\n<li>Beseitigung tiefer Entz\u00fcndungen<\/li>\n<li>Reduktion der Taschentiefe<\/li>\n<li>Regeneration des Zahnhalteapparats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Verschiedene chirurgische Verfahren<\/h5>\n<p>Es gibt zahlreiche bew\u00e4hrte chirurgische Techniken mit jeweils unterschiedlichen Indikationen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Parodontalchirurgie zur Reinigung<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Technik setzen wir ein, um Bereiche zu erreichen, die mit nicht-chirurgischer Behandlung nicht zug\u00e4nglich sind \u2013 z.\u202fB. die Wurzeloberfl\u00e4chen zwischen den Z\u00e4hnen oder L\u00e4sionen im Bereich von Wurzelgabelungen. Zudem k\u00f6nnen wir den Knochenverlauf gl\u00e4tten und Zahnfleischtaschen reduzieren.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h6>Parodontalchirurgie mit gesteuerter Geweberegeneration<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ziel dieser chirurgischen Ma\u00dfnahme ist die Regeneration des Zahnhalteapparates, also von Zement, Faserapparat und Knochen.
