Ihr Parodontologe erkl\u00e4rt Ihnen zun\u00e4chst die Ursachen Ihrer Parodontitis und zeigt Ihnen, wie Sie Ihre Z\u00e4hne und Ihr Zahnfleisch richtig pflegen. Wir geben Ihnen pers\u00f6nliche Empfehlungen zur Verwendung verschiedener Reinigungsmittel \u2013 zum Beispiel zur richtigen Zahnputztechnik sowie zur Anwendung von Zahnseide und Interdentalb\u00fcrsten.<\/p>\n<h5>Komplette Zahnsteinentfernung und Wurzelgl\u00e4ttung<\/h5>\n<p>Wir entfernen bakterielle Bel\u00e4ge und Zahnstein von den Zahnoberfl\u00e4chen und -wurzeln mithilfe von Ultraschallger\u00e4ten und feinen Handinstrumenten, die unter das Zahnfleisch gef\u00fchrt werden. Danach werden die Zahnoberfl\u00e4chen poliert. Auch \u00fcberstehende F\u00fcllungen oder Prothesen werden entfernt oder angepasst, damit die Reinigung erleichtert wird.<\/p>\n<h5>Antibiotikatherapie<\/h5>\n<p>In bestimmten F\u00e4llen verschreiben wir Antibiotika zur Behandlung aktiver oder anhaltender Zahnfleischinfektionen \u2013 mit oder ohne mikrobiologische Analyse. Antibiotika werden niemals allein eingesetzt, sondern immer in Kombination mit einer nicht-chirurgischen Behandlung.<\/p>\n<h5>Mikrobielle Tests<\/h5>\n<p>In besonderen F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen wir zus\u00e4tzliche mikrobiologische Analysen vorschlagen. Diese erm\u00f6glichen eine pr\u00e4zise Diagnostik und helfen uns, Ihre Reaktion auf die Behandlung besser zu beurteilen.<\/p>\n<h5>Nachkontrolle<\/h5>\n<p>Nach 6 bis 8 Wochen f\u00fchrt Ihr Parodontologe eine umfassende Bewertung Ihres Zahnfleischzustands durch, um den Behandlungserfolg zu pr\u00fcfen.
